Elisa
Paloschi - Resourse Guide
Elisa’s life is much like the yoga she practices
- she is always finding opportunities to stretch in
new ways. She has lived and travelled overseas for the
past twenty years, which has allowed her the opportunity
to share with many people and to explore diverse lands
and cultures.
Elisa lived for ten years in Italy,
five of those in Sicily. She has worked as a photographer,
video maker, multimedia designer and last but not least,
tour co-ordinator . While living in Palermo, Elisa had
the opportunity to explore the Island extensively whilst
working on documentaries about the history of Palermo
and on TV series about the culture and nature of Sicily.
Since leaving, she has returned every year - often spending
several months at a time. Elisa is fluent in Italian,
has a deep understanding of the Sicilian dialects, the
nuances of the southern culture and in particular knows
when yes means no and that a green light does not always
give you right of way. |
